All of our products are tested by an independent laboratory for quality and all shipments are inspected before leaving the warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the order carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.

Important Warning on Use:
Please be aware that THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) naturally converts into Delta-9 THC when exposed to heat (decarboxylation), such as during smoking, vaping, or cooking. Once heated, the product may contain Delta-9 THC levels that exceed the federal limit of 0.3% by dry weight and could be considered marijuana under state or federal law.
The customer assumes all risk and liability related to the purchase, possession, and use of this product. The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Hye Harvest is not responsible for products seized by law enforcement or for any legal ramifications resulting from the customer's possession or use of the product.
The products offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Shipping Restrictions
Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase Hye Harvest Products. A signature and valid ID may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions: Smokeable Hemp
Please be advised that we strictly adhere to Texas state regulations regarding hemp distribution. Under the updated 25 TAC Chapter 300, the following policies apply to all orders destined for Texas:
- Smokeable Hemp Prohibition: We do not ship smokeable hemp products to any address within the State of Texas.
- Compliance Standards: All out-of-state consumable hemp products sold to Texas customers must fully comply with the requirements of Chapter 300.
- No Exceptions: Per the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), there is no mail-order exemption. These regulations apply to all online and distance-sale transactions.
Due to conflicting state regulations, we currently limit shipping to certain states and locations. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed in a prohibited location.

Hye Harvest employs discretion in packaging, but federal law enforcement and private carriers (like UPS and USPS) maintain their own policies regarding hemp products. We are not responsible for carrier seizure or loss.
Refund Policy
At Hye Harvest, we stand behind the work that goes into every product we grow and create. If for any reason, your first order doesn’t feel right, we want to make it right. Reach out to us by email at info@hyeharvest.com within 30 days of your first purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund.
Please note: returns and refunds are only available for your first order within that 30-day window. Any orders outside of those terms are final, as we continue to honor the care, time, and ingredients that go into everything we produce.
Multiple discounts, codes, or gifts can’t be applied to the same order. Only one type of discount or gift can be applied per order. Depending on the bank, it may take up to three to five business days for the refund to credit your account.
Lost Packages
Lost packages occasionally occur. Hye Harvest is not responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means USPS or shipping companies delivered the product to the address specified by the customer. If the package is sent to an address other than the one specified by the customer, upon return of the original package to Hye Harvest warehouse, we will reship the order at the expense of the customer. Please note that Hye Harvest is not responsible for errors of USPS or the shipping companies if you provide or confirm an incorrect address.
As we strive to ship within two business days, it is critical to contact us with any address changes. An address change must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours of your order, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive at the newly requested address.
It is very important that you ensure that the address given to us is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and entail extra expense to you. If you place an order by phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information you provide) aloud and repeat it to you, to help you be sure it is correct.
Tracking information states it was delivered, but it is missing
If your tracking information states it has been delivered contact your neighbors, the local post office or the carrier used. In many cases, the package can be found.
